Returns

We offer free returns on all eligible orders.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and documentation.
• Show no signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all approved returns. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
